Architect / Interior Designer / Draftsperson:
At IDI we believe that project management of our designs is essential
to the intricate detail and commitment to exceptional quality that our
clients have come to expect. We are looking for a creative individual
with vision, who is self motivated and has the ability to think outside
the box. This person will be involved in all aspects of design and its
implementation.
Skills necessary: drafting of working drawings and details, preparing
3D sketches and renderings for presentation, floor plans, elevations,
cabinetry and millwork, accurate field measurements and as built drawing
ability. Good communication and organizational abilities are essential
for staff interaction and client, contractor & vendor liaison.
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Architecture is preferred. Auto
CAD skills
a plus.
Full time preferred, however flexibility will be considered for the right
person.

We are a full service design firm; therefore, many of our projects involve the structural integrity of the building while designing the interior space. We are looking for a consulting Architect whom carries a New York State License.
